APPOINTMENT REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are applicable solely for cancellations of weekday appointments made with a minimum of 4 weeks' notice.
For weekday appointments, rescheduling can be accommodated once.
Please note, there are no refunds for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments scheduled during after-hours (16:00-18:00) on weekdays or weekends.
Our studio closes at 16:00, requiring special arrangements for later appointments.
 
APPOINTMENT TIME:
Please ensure adequate time for your timely arrival at your appointment. In the event of lateness, rescheduling for another day will be necessary, incurring an additional fitting cost.
Should you arrive early, we kindly request that you enjoy a coffee at a nearby location and return at the exact time scheduled for your appointment.
To optimize the space limitations, we request a maximum of two to three guests accompanying you during your appointment.
Please be advised that our studio environment is not suitable for pets or unsupervised children due to the presence of delicate fabrics.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY:
Kindly note that capturing photos of the dresses is not permitted unless a dress has been purchased (please inform your guests accordingly).
This policy is in place to safeguard the copyright of the designer's work. Unfortunately, previous instances of clients taking photos have resulted in the reproduction of the dress elsewhere.
Additionally, poor lighting and angles can distort the gown's appearance, leading to a misleading impression.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The garment and size displayed online represent the only available item in stock. 

SIZES
The size you see displayed on this item is the only size available. If you are unsure of the size, you are welcome to email us for the garment measurements.
The listed prices apply to standard-sized, ready-to-wear items.

SALE GARMENTS
Please note that all purchases made during sales or at discounted rates are considered final and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned.
Items labeled as "shop-soiled" are marked down due to slight soiling or minor damage, such as tiny hooks, marks or imperfections from studio fittings or photo shoots.

CUSTOM/MADE TO ORDER GARMENTS
Products created on a made-to-order basis are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

ALTERATIONS
Please note that fitting fees and alteration costs are not included in the sale price. We recommend inquiring as early as possible, although we cannot guarantee availability during production for alterations.

COURIER OR COLLECT
At the checkout, you have the option to either collect the item in person or have it couriered directly to your address.
Courier: Upon the collection of your order by the courier service, we regretfully cannot assume responsibility for any delays or potential loss of an item.
You are welcome to inquire about insurance options for your parcel or arrange for your preferred courier service to collect the item.
Kindly be advised that delivery times may range from 2 to 5 working days, varying based on the size of the order and your delivery location.
Collection: Please be informed that we require a minimum of 2 days' lead time before collection to inspect and properly package your order.
Kindly inform us of your preferred day and time for order collection.
